NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITYOF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on November 30, 1978, in
the City Municipal Building at
5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubb -
buck, Idaho, at 6:30 p.m. the
Chubbuck City Council will con-
duct a public hearing. This hear-
ing is a continuation of sessions
conducted and recessed by the
Council on July 5, 11, 25, August
8, 15, September 12, 19, 26, and
October 3, 10, 17, 24, November
2, 16, 1978, in compliance with
the Idaho Local Planning Act of
1975, and will be on the following
items:
1. Adoption of a Land use Ordi-
nance which sets forth zoning
classifications of land within the
City and sets forth permitted and
conditionally permitted uses
thereof, and which services in
Part to implement the provisions
of the Comprehensive Plan, pur-
suant to the local planning Act of
1975.
2. Adoption of a Land Develop-
ment ordinaince which contains
regulations for subdivision, and
which serves in part to imple-
ment the provisions of the pro-
posed Comprehensive Plan, pur-
suant to the Local Planning Act
of 1975.
Interest citizens are encouraged
to appear and to be heard with
respect to any of the foregoing
items. Citizens are specifically in-
vited to review proposed changes
in the foregoing items, as reflect-
ed in minutes of the Council's
prior hearing sessions. Copies of
all matters pending before th@
Council, and of minutes of all
prior hearing sessions conducted
by the Council and the Planning
and Zoning Commission are
available from the undersigned at
the city buidling.
