NOTICEOF PUB LICHEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on October 17, 1978, in the
City Municipal Building at 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, at 6:30 P.M. the Chubbuck
City Council will conduct a public
hearing. This hearing is a contin-
uation of sessions conducted and
recessed by the Council On July
5, 11, 25, August B, 15, September
12, 19, 26, and October 3, 10,
1978, in compliance with the Ida-
ho Local Planning Act Of 1975,
and will be on the following
items:
1. Adoption of a Land Use Ordi-
nance which sets forth zoning
classifications of land within the
City and sets forth permitted and
conditionally permitted Uses ther-
of, and which serves in part to
implement the provisions of the
Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to
the Local Planning Act of 1975.
2. Adoption of a Land Develop-
ment Ordinance which contains
regulations for . subdivision, and
which serves in part to Imple-
ment the provisions of the pro-
posed Comprehensive Plan, pur-
suant to the Local Planning Act
of 1975.
Interested citizens are encouraged
to appear and to be heard with
respect to any of the foregoing
items. Citizens are specifically in-
vited to review proposed changes
In the foregoing items, as reflect-
ed in minutes of the Councils
prior hearing sessions. Copies of
all matters pending before the
Council, and of minutes of all
prior hearing sessions conducted
by the Council and the Planning
and Zoning Commission are
available from the Undersigned at
the city building.
