NOTICEOF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF cHVBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on September 26, 1978, in
the City Municipal Building a-
5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub
buck, Idaho, at 8:00 P.M- the
Chubbuck City Council will con-
duct a public hearing This hear-
ing is a continuation of sessions
conducted and feCesSed by the
August
Council on July 5,
81 15, and September 12 and 19,
1978, in compliance with the Ida-
ho Local Planning Act of 1975,
and will be on the following
items:
1. Adoption of a Land Use ordi-
nance which sets forth zoning
classifications of land within the
city and sets forth permitted and
conditionally permitted uses
thereof, and which serves in part
to implement the provisons f the
Comprehensive plan, pursuant
the Local Planning Act of 1975-
2. Adoption of a Land Develop-
ment ordinance which contains
regulations for subdivisions, and
which serves in part to imple-
ment the provision$ of the pro-
posed Comprehensive Plan, pur-
suant to the Local Planning Act
of 1975.
Interested citizens are encourage
to appear and to be heard with
respect to any of the foregoing
items. Citizens are specifically in-
viled to review proposed changes
in *' a foregoing items, as reflect-
ed :n minutes of the Council's
prix, hearing sessions,rsthf
all matters pending before
Council, and of minutes of all
prior hearing sessions conducted
by the council and the Planning
and Zoning Commission are
available from the undersigned at
the city building.
