ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
Sealed bids will be received by
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, at
the Municipal Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Ida
ho, until 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, Oc-
tober 10, 1978, at which time bids
duly submitted will be opened
and read for the following item:
One new 1979 "police package"
intermediate - or regular sized
four door sedan. Further specifi-
cations available from Arnold
stone, Chief of Police, Chubbuck
Municpal Building, 5160 Yellow-
stone, Chubbuck, Idaho.
All bids must be presented or
otherwise delivered under sealed
Cover, and must contain one of
the following forms of bidder's
security in the amount of five
percent (5%) of the bid amount:
cash, cashier's check payable to
the City, certified check payable
to the City, or bidder's bond exe-
cuted by a qualified surety com-
pany payable to the City. The
City reserve the right to reject
any and all bids, or to accept
the lowest responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the City.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
ublication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within
