C3TY OF CHUBBUCK ANNUAL BUDGET
PUBLIC NOTICE 1S HEREBY G{VEN, that in accordance with
Section 5o-1002 Idaho Code, the Mayor and Council of the City
of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday the 5th day of September, 1978, at the hour of 8:00
o'clock p.m., in the Minicipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone at
Chubbuck, Idaho, for the purpose of considering and fixing a fi-
nal budget. and making appropriations to each department or
fund for the fiscal year commencing on the first day of octo-

appropriation is made, that same be entered at length upon the
minutes of the Council and published in two issues at least sev-
en days apart in the Idaho State Journal. This hearing will also
include the.intended use of federal revenue sharing funds. The
following table sets 'forth the fund balances, estimated revenues
and estimated expenditures to be appropriated for the 1979 fis-
cal year.
