BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: R-1 Re -Zoning. The
following described lands or prop-
erty within the boundaries of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, present-
ly owned by Bunce, Alder and
Bunce, Inc., comprising part of
the proposed "Mountain Park
Subdivision", are hereby re -zoned
from Agricultural Transitional (A-
T) to Single -Family Residential
(R -n:
A parcel of land situated in the
east half northwest quarter, sec-
tion 11, township 6 south, range
34 east, Boise Meridian, Bannock
County, Idaho, more particularly
described as follows: ( Basis of
bearing north line section 11,
south 89 degrees 54' 10" east)
Commencing at the north quarter
corner of said section 11, said
point being marked by a railroad
spike; thence south 0 degrees 01'
38" east, 754.03 feet to the true
point of beginning, said point
being the southeast corner of
Mountlake Terrace Subdivision,
as recorded in the office of the
county recorder, Bannock County,
Idaho; (said point being marked
by a found 1/2" iron pin.) Thence
south 0 degrees 00' 17" east, 1,-
752.48 feet to the northerly right- ,
of -way line of interstate highway

the easterly right of way of Hi -

curve to the left having an arc
length of 39.49 feet, said curve
having a central angle of 90 de -
being first duly sworn on oath deposes and ays: That___ __ ___________
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
