NOTICE OF CONTINUED
PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUB DUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a continued public hearing
will be conducted by the Chub -
buck City Council, on July 25,
1978, following the items on the
regular council agenda, on the
following items:
1. Adoption of a Land Use Ordi-
nance which sets forth zoning
classifications of land within the
city and sets forth permitted and
conditionally permitted uses
thereof, and which serves in part
to implement the provisions of
the comprehensive plan, pursuant
to the Local Planning Act of
1975.
This hearing is a continuation of
sessions conducted and recessed
by the City Council on July 5
and July 11, 1978, in compliance
with the Idaho Local Planning
Act of 1975. Interested citizens
are encouraged to appear and to
be heard with respect to the
foregoing items. Citizens are spe-
cifically invited to review pro-
posed changes in the foregoing
items, as reflected in minutes of
the Council's prior hearing ses-
sions. Copies of all matters pend-
ing before the Council, and of
minutes of all prior hearing ses-
sions conducted by the Council
and the Planning and Zoning
Commission are available from
the undersigned at the city build.
