NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENinu
that a Conted public hearing
will be conducted by .the Chub -
buck Plainning and Zoning Com
mission, at 8;00 P.M. on July 6,
1978, at the city building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, on the fol
lowing:
1, Recommendation that the City
Council adopt a land development
ordinance, superseding prior sub
division ordinances, with such
changes as the Commission may
submit.
This hearing is a continuation of
sessions conducted and recessed
on April 13, April 20, April 27,
May 18, May 25, June 0 and
June 15, 1978, in compliance with
the Idaho Local Planning Act of
1975. Interested citizens are en-
couraged to appear and to be
heard with respect to the forego-
ing item, as reflected in the min-
utes of the prior hearing ses-
sions. Copies of all are available
from the undersigned of the city
building.
