PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
that a continued public hearing
will be conducted by the Chub.
buck Planning and Zoning Com-
mission, at 8:0o p.m. on June 15,
1978, at the city building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, on the fol-
lowing:
1. Recommendation that the City
Council adopt a Land Develop-
ment Ordinance, superseding
prior subdivision ordinances, with
such Changes as the Commission
may submit.
This hearing is continuation of
sessions conducted and recessed
on April 13, and April 20, April
27, May 18, May 25 and June 8,
7978, in compliance with the Ida-
ho Local Planning Act of 1975.
Interested citizens are encouraged
to appear and to be heard with
respect to the foregoing item, as
reflected in the minutes of the
prior hearing sessions. Copies of
all are available from the under
signed at the city building.
