NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE €S HEREBY GIVEN
that on July 5, 1978, at 8:00
P.M., in the Municipal Building
at 5150. Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, the Chubbuck
City Council will conduct a public
hearing on the following items!
1. Adoption of a Land Use Ordi-
nance which sets forth zoning
classifications of land within the
city and sets forth permitted and
conditionally permitted uses
thereof, and which serves in part
to implement the provisions of
the comprehensive pian, pursuant
to the Loca€ Planning Act of
1975. Copies of the proposed pian,
and of the changes recommended
by the Planning and zoning Com-
mission, are available from the
undersigned at the Municipal
Building.
All persons having an interest in
these matters are .invited to at-
tend the public hearing and will
be given an opportunity to ex-
press their views.
