PUBLICHEARING
CITY OFCHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a continued pubiic hearing
will be conducted by the Chub.
buck City council, at 8:00 p.m.
on June 6, 1978, at the city build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, on,
the following:
1. Adoption of a comprehensive
plan, together with changes, tak-
ing into consideration reccmmen
dations received from the Chub -
buck Planning and Zoning Cam
mi Ilan
2. Enactment of an ordinance
ratifying earlier passage of an
ordinanceestablishing an area of
city impact, Coextensive with the
area so defined in the Comore
hensive Plan.
This hearing is a continuation of
sessions conducted and recessed
by the Council an May 16 and
May 23, 1978, in compliance with
the Idaho Local Planning Act of
1975.
interested citizens are encouraged
to appear and to be heard with
respect to . the foregoing items.
Citizens are specifically invited to
review proposed changes in the
foregoing items, as reflected in
minutes of the Council's prior
hearing sessions. Copies of all
matters pending before the Counr
cil, and of minutes of all prior
hearing sessions conducted by the
Council and the Planning and
zoning Commission, are available
from the undersigned at the city
building.
