that at 8:00 p.m. on June 1, 1978,;
at the City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida.
ho the planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Chubbuck
will .conduct a public hearing
with regard to the following
items:
1. David L. Davis has made ap
plicatlon for a conditional use
permit to convert a duplex at
5017 - 5027 Rose Street into a
four-plex. The property is located
in an area zoned Combined Resi,lq
dential (R-2). Mr. Davis is a con-
tract purchaser of the property.. I
2. Determination whether toi
grant a variance as requested by'l
Lee Hitchcock, for construction of
a single-family residence on prop-
erty located on south side of Ev-
ans Lane which lies within an
area zoned General Commercial
(C-3).
3.Determination whether to
grant a variance as requested by
A.H. Sickinger, 203 Isaac Street,
to fence his back yard with an 8
foot fence. Property is presently
zoned Combined -Residential { R 2),
4. Determination whether to
grant a variance as requested by
Douglas W. Parker, 193 Isaac
Street, 10 fence his back yard
with an B_ toot fence. Property is
presently zoned Combined -Resi-
dential (R-2).
5. Determination whether to
grant a variance as requested by
Shertyn Ann Simms, to use a
mobile home which is presently
on lot and also set up another
single wide trailer as additional
living space. The property is lo-
cated at 4538 Burley Drive and
Fes within an area zoned Com-
bined Residentiat Livestock JR.
21-1. Ms. Simms is a contract
purchaser.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of
or In opposit€on to each pruposal.
