NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITYOF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on May 16, 1979, at 8:00
P.M., in the Municipal Building
at 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, the Chubbuck
City Council will conduct a public
hearing on the following items:
1. Adoption of a comprehensive
plan for the City, as required by
the Idaho Local Planning Act of
1975. Such a plan has been pre-
pared, and the Chubbuck Plan-
ning & Zoning Commission has
recommended that it be adopted,
with certain changes. Copies of
the proposed plan, and of the
changes recommended by the
Planning and Zoning Commission,
are available from the under.
signed at the Muicipal Building.
2. Ratification of the establish-
ment, by earlier ordinance, of an
"area of city impact" also re-
quired by the Idaho Local Plan
ning Act of 1975. Such ratification
has been recommended by the
Chubbuck, Planning & Zoning
commission, the "area of city
impact" is depicted in the pro-
posed comprehensive plan, and
copies of the earlier ordinance
establishing this area' are availa-
ble from the undersigned at the
Municipal Building.
All persons having an interest in
the foregoing items are invited to
attend the public hearing. Per-
sons desiring to express opinions
on these items will be heard.
