NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that al 8:00 P.M. on May 4. 1478,
at the City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Chubbuck
will conduct a public hearing
With regard to the following
items:
1. A proposal by Dean Morgan
requesting a variance from the
zoning regulations to allow him
to keep pigs on his property at
446 E. Chubbuck Road. The prop-
erty is located in an area zoned
Combined- Resident Fat Livestock
(R -2L); however under Ordinance
#185 pigs are not defined as live-
stock.
2. A proposal by S. Kirk Shuler
requesting a variance to allow
the use of a mobil home for a
temporary office facility for relo-
cating a dealership in Airstream,
Argosy travel trailers during con-
struction stages of a new facility.
The proposed location is directly
south of 4500 Yellowstone in an
area zoned General Commercial
(C-31.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
Indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of
or in opposition to each proposal.
