PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a continued public hearing
will be conducted by the Chub -
buck Planning & Toning Commis-
sion, at 8:00 P.M. on April 27,
1978, at the city building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, on the fol-
lowing subjects:
1. Recommendation that the City
council adopt a Comprehensive
Plan, with changes submitted by
Me Commission.
2. Recommendation that the city
Council ratify earlier passage of
an ordinance defining an area of
city impact.
3. Recommendation that the City
Council adopt a Land Use Ordi-
nance, superseding prior zoning
ordinances, with such changes as
.the Commission may submit.
A. Recommendation that the City
Council adopt a Land Develop
ment Ordinance, superseding
prior subdivision ordinances, with
such changes as the Commission
may submit.
This hearing is a continuation of
sessions conducted and recessed
on April 13 and April 20, 1978, in
compliance with the Idaho Local
Planning Act of 1975. Interested
citizens are encouraged to appear
and to be heard with respect to
any of the foregoing items. Citi
tens are specifically invited to
review proposed changes in the
foregoing items, as reflected in
minutes of the prior hearing ses
signs. Copies of all matters pend-
ing before the Commission, and
of minutes of prior sessions, are
available from the undersigned at
the city building.
