NOTICE FISHHEREBYI GIVEN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and say That---

that at 8:00 P.M. on February 2,
1978, at City Hall (5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue), the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow.
Ing items,
1. Request by Mr, Mel R. Hardy
for a variance from zoning regu-
lations to allow an office for a
manufacturer's sales representa-
five, at his residence, 1935 Sprak•
er Avenue. The property is locat-
ed is an area Zoned Combined
Residential (R2). .
2. Recommendation to adopt a
comprehensive pian for the City
}pursuant to the requirements of
the Idaho Local Planning Act of
1975.
3. Recommendation to ratify
prior enactment of an area of
city Impact ordinance, also pur-
suant to the requirements of the
Idaho Local Planning Act of 1975.
A. Recommendation to adopt a
land development ordinance
which contains regulations for
subdivisions, and which serves in
part to Implement the provisions.
of the proposed comprehensive
plan, pursuant'to the Local Plan-
ning Act of 1975.
S. Recommendation to adopt a
land use ordinance which sets.
forth Zoning classifications of
land within the city and sets loth
permitted and conditionally per-
mitted uses thereof, and which
serves in part to implement the
provisions of the proposed com-
prehensive plan, pursuant to the
Local Planning Act of 1973.
Copies of the above proposed do-
cuments are on file with the
Chubbuck City Clerk at City Hail,
and are available for inspection
by the public prior to the hear-
ing. All persons having an inler-
est In these matters are invited
to attend the public hearing and
will be given an opportunity to
express their views.
