nock County, Idaho, as the same
appear on the official plat thereof
recorded at the office of the Ban-
nock County recorder.
The petition further states that
Custom Craft, Inc., desires to re.
plat said land as Custom Craft
Commercial Condominiums, a
COPY of which proposed plat is on
file at the Chubbuck City offices.
Any person who desires to object
to vacating the above described
portion of Boise Payette Tracts
subdivision may appear and state
his or herobjection in a public
hearing to be conducted by the
Chubbuck City Council at the
Chubbuck City Offices at 8
o'clock p.m., Tuesday, the 25th
day of April, 1978.
