no. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday April
25, 1978, at which time the bids
duly submitted wilt be opened
and read. A complete list of ma-
terials and specifications for
which bids are Solicited is availa
ble at the office of the City engi-
neer, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids must
be presented or otherwise deliv-
ered under Sealed cover, and
must Contain one of the lollowinq
forms of bidders security in the
amount of five per cent (500) of
the amount bid; cash, cashiers
check payable to city, certified
CheCK payable to city, or bidder '5
bond executed by qualified surety
company payable to city. The
city reserves the right to reject
and and all bids, or to accept
the lowest responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the city.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
