County of Bannock LEGAL ADVERTISE MEN T NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITYOF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN that at 8:00 p.m. on March 2, 1978, at the City Munic€pat Build ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Chub buck will conduct a public hear- ing with regard to the following items. 1. Norman and Nancy Niendorf are requesting a variance from zoning regulations to alllow an office for a business specializing in outdoor photography, at their residence, 4525 Tahoe Place. The property is located in an area zoned Multiple -family Residential ( R-3). 2. Recommendation of zoning classification(s) to be applied to The lands described be$ow, com- monly known as "Planned Com- munities Subdivision", in the event that such lands are an- nexed to the City: Beginning at the SW corner of Section 4, T. 6S., R. 34 E,B.M.; thence S 89 degrees 54' E, 1322.79 feet, more or less, along South Section Line of said Section 4; thence N 00 degrees 11' W - 33.0 feet more or less to the proposed North right of -way line of Chub - buck Road, said point being the True Point of Beginning; thence S 89 degrees 54' E - 810.21 feet along said proposed North right- of-way line; thence N 00 degrees 07' W - 2602.1 feet; thence S 89 degrees 53' W - 813.93 feet; thence S 00 degrees 11' E - 2599.0 feet more or Jess to the True Point of Beginning. Containing 48.5 AC. 3. Mrs David Lee Edmunds, 325 Henry, has requested a variance from zoning to allow her to keep their present animals on their property. Properly is presently zoned Combined Residential (R 2). Interested citizens may appear with regard to any or all of the foregoing items, and at the time indicated will be given an oppor- tunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to each proposal.
