CITY OF CHUB BUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:09 p.m. on January 3,
1980, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yeliowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Land Use and Land
Development Commission of the
City of Ci ubbuck will conduct a
public hearing with regard to the
following items:
1 A proposal by Dennis Jones,
4705 Yellowstone, for a condition-
al use permit to place a mobil
home a1 120 W. Linden for resi-
dentail purposes. Property is
presently zoned General Com-
mercial (C 2).
2. A proposal by John 0. Cotant,
Jr. for a Land Use District
change for his property, at 420 W.
Chubbuck Road, to General Resi-
dential (R-2),
interested citizens may appear
with regard :to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of or
In opposition to each proposal.
