January 3, 19811, at City Hall (5160 Yellowstone Avenue). the Land Use and Land Development Com- mission of the City of Chubbuck will conduct a publ'sc hearing with regard to the Chubbuck Land Use Ordinance No. 105: 1. Whether the ordinance should be amended to allow the use of portable signs, to alter the limita- tions on projecting signs and to change -the regulations governing free-standing on -premises signs. 2. Whether the ordinance should further amended to set forth a definition of child care centers with reference to the number of children, the times of day when care is provided anal the fact that care is provided. for compensa- tion. 3. Whether the ordinance should further be amended to exclude livestock except in Agricultural - Transitional (A -Ty areas, and in those areas where livestock were previously allowed as permited uses or as valid preexisting non- conforming uses, under the pre- vious Chubbuck zoning ordinance, No. 98. 4, Whether the ordinance should be further amended to reduce side yard requirements in resi- dential land use districts. 5. Whether the ordinance should be further amended to create a category of residential dwellings known as "Mobile Homes" sepa- rate from the "Production Dwell- ings" category now existing in the ordinance and setting forth specific regulations for such Mo- bile Homes. 6. Whether the ordinance should be further amended with respect to Production Dwellings and the proposed category of Mobile Homes to bring the requirements for Production Dwelling Courts and Mobile Home Courts into closer conformity with the re- quirements imposed for conven. tional housing in General Resi- dential (R-2) land use districts under the Land Use Ordinance and other applicable ordinances. 411 persons having an interest in nese matters are invited to at. end the public hearing and will e given an opportunity to ex- press their views.
