NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE I5 HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on November 13,
1979 at the City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho,
the Chubbuck City Council of the
City of Chubbuck will conduct a
public hearing with regard to the
following item.
1. A preliminary plat for Heritage
West Subdivision proposed by
American Heritage Builders, Inc.,
Pocatello, Idaho. The proposed de-
velopment is located in the East '/3
of SW 1/4 of Section 4, T. 65., R. 34
E.B.M., or adjacent to the North of
West Chubbuck Road approximate-
ly one-fourth mile East of Philbin
Road.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing item,
and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to the
proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
