NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICEIS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on November 1,
1979 at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Land Use and Land
Development Commission of the
City of Chubbuck will conduct a
public hearing with regard to the
following item:
1. A preliminary plat for Heri-
tage West subdivision proposed
by American Heritage Builders,
Inc., Pocatello, Idaho. The pro-
posed development is located in
the East1/2 of SW 1/a of Section
4, T. 6S., R. 34 E.B.M., or adja-
cent to and North of West Chub -
buck Road approximately VA mile
East of Philbin Road.
Interested- citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing
item, and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to
be heard in support of or' in op-
position to the proposal.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
