Sealed bids for portable traffic
counters will be received by the
City Of ChubbucK, Idaho, at the
Office of the city Clerk, 5160 Yel.
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, Oc-
tober 23, 1979 at which time the
bids duly submitted will be
opened and read. A complete
specification for which the bids
are solicited is available at the
office of the City Engineer, 5160
Yellowstone Avenve, Chubbuck,
Idaho. All bids must be presented
or otherwise delivered under
sealed cover, and must contain
one of the following forms of bid-
ders security in the amount of
five per cent (5016) of the amount
bid; cash, cashiers check payable
to the city, certified check paya-
ble to the city, or bidder's bond
executed by a qualified surety
company payable to the city. The
city reserves the right to reject
any and all bids, or to accept
the lowest responsible bid, or any
item of such bid, deemed most
advantageous to the city.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein,
