AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PRO-
VIDING FOR CHANGE OF
LAND USE DISTRICT WITH RE-
SPECT TO CERTAIN LANDS
KNOWN AS LOT 13, HIGHWAY
ACRES, WITHIN THE BOUNDA-
RIES OF THE CITY OF CHUB,
BUCK, FROM GENERAL RESI-
DENTIAL (R-2) TO GENERAL
COMMERCIAL (C-2); AND PRO-
VIDING WHEN THIS ORDI-
WANCE SHALL BECOME EF-
FECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBSUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Change of Land Use
District. The land use district es-
tablished by the Chubbuck Land
Use District, with respect to the
)ands described below, located
within the boundaries of the City
of Chubbuck, is hereby changed
from general residential (R-2) to
general commercial (C-2);
Lot 13, Highway Acres, according
to the Official plat, records of
Bannock County, Idaho.
SECTION 2: Effective Date. The
rule requiring ordinances to be
read on three separate occasions
Is hereby dispensed with, and
this ordinance shall become effec.
tive upon its passage, approval
and publication provided by law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL
AND APPROVED BY THE MAY-
OR' of the City of Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, this 9th day Of October, 1979.
