With Mechanical and Electrical
Equipment will be received by
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho at
the office of the City Clerk, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, until 5:00 p.m., Thursday,
October 25, 1979, at which time
the bids duly submitted will be
opened and read. A complete
specification for which the bids
are solicited is available at the
Office of the City E=ngineer, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho. A;I bids must be presented
or otherwise delivered under
sealed cover, and must contain
one of the following forms of bid-
ders security in the amount of
five Per cent (5%) of the amount
bid; cash, cashiers check payable
to city, certified check payable to
city, or bidder's bond executed
by able qualifiedtoCity.
The cityPareserves
the right to . reject any and all
bids, or to accept the lowest re-
sponsible bid, or any item of any
such bid, deemed most advanta-
geous to the city,

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein,
