NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CH U BBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 P.M. on October 4,
1979, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Land Use and Land
Development Commission of the
City of Chubbuck will conduct a
public hearing with regard to the
following items:
1. A preliminary plat for Chub -
buck Center Subdivision proposed
by Ashley Craig and Associates,
Salt fake City, Utah. The pro
Posed development is located at
the northwest corner of Chubbuck
Road and Yellowstone Avenue in
MCI City of Chubbuck.
2. A preliminary plat for Pine
Ridge Mall Subdivision proposed
by Pine Ridge Development Com-
pany, Salt Lake City, Utah. The
proposed development is located
near the intersection of Quinn
Road and Pole Line Road and
Yellowstone Avenue.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing
item, and at 'the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to
be heard in support of or in op-
position to the proposal.

IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
