CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTfCE IS HEREBY GIVEN
thai at 8:00 p.m. on October 9,
1979, at the City Municipal BuNd-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Chubbuck City Council
of the City of Chubbuck will con
duct a public hearing with regard
to the following item:
1. A proposal by Farrell & Shar.
on Poole, 190 E. Griffith, owner;
and the City of Chubbuck, 5160
Yellowstone, leaseholder, for a
change of zoning to General
Commercial (C-2) and a condi-
tional use permit for a Public
Utility Yard on property located
at Lot 1.3, Highway Acres Subdi
vision, 136 Hiway Ave. Property
is presently zoned General Resi
dentia) (R-2).
Interested `citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of
or in opposition to each proposal.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
