NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBYIDGIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on October 4,
1979, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Land Use and Land
Development Commission of the
City of Chubbuck will conduct a
publ-sc hearing with regard to the
following items:
1. Determination whether a blan-
ket variance should be grated, as
requested by Roy J. Lacey,
Route #1 Corey Lane, Pocatello,
Idaho, with respect to the Roy
Addition Subdivision, located in
Chubbuck, Idaho. Request is to
allow 5 foot side yard and same
square footage for multiple dwell-
ings as previously allowed under
Ordinance #98.
2. Determination whether a blan-
ket variance should be granted,
as requested by Home Builders,
P.O. Box G, Pocatello, Idaho,
with respect to the Heights Sub.
division on West Chubbuck Road,
Chubbuck, Idaho. Request is to
maintain original side yard re-
quirements as previously allowed
under Ordinance # 98.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an Oppor-
tunity to be heard in support Of
or in opposition to each proposal.
