Sealed bids for a computer sys-.
tem will be received by the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho, at the office
of the city Clerk, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, Septem-
ber 25, 1979 at which time. the
bids must be presented or other-
wise delivered under sealed cover
marked 'computer bid', and must
contain one of the following
forms of bidder's security in the
amount of five percent (5%) of
the amount bid; cash, cashier's
check payable to city, or bidder's
bond executed by qualified surety
company payable to city. The
city reserves the right to reject
any or and all bids, or to accept
the lowest responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the city.
Specifications for the computer
may be obtained at the City
Clerk's office, 5159 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.

was ,at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
