ORDINANCE NO. 208
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, RE-EN-
ACTING CHUBBUCK CITY OR-
DINANCES NOS. 205, 206, AND
207: AND PROVIDING WHEN
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINE=D BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO;
SECTION 1: Re-enactment. In or-
der to provide for timely publica-
tion of ordinances as provided in
Idaho Code Section 50901, Chub -
buck City Ordinance No. 205
('Chubbuck Land Use Ordinance')
passed and approved on June 28,
1979, Chubbuck City Ordinance
NO. 206 ('Chubbuck Land Devel-
opment Ordinance') passed and
approved on June 29, 1979, and
Chubbuck City Ordinance No, 207
('Chubbuck Land Improvement
Standards Ordinance') passed and
approved on June 29, 1979, are
all hereby re-enacted in their en-
tirety.
SECTION 2: Effective Date. The
rule requiring ordinances to be
read on three separate occasions
is hereby dispensed with, and
this ordinance shall become effec-
tive upon its passage, approval
and publication as provided by
law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL
AND APPROVED BY THE MAY-
OR of the City of Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, this 28th day of August, 1979,
