CITY OF CHUBBUCK
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in
accordance with Section 50.1002 Idaho Code, the
Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idaho will hold a public hear-
ing on Tuesday the 4th day of September, 1979,
at the hour of 8;00 O'clock p.m., in the Munici-
pal Bultding. 5160 Yellowstone at Chubbuck,
Idaho for the prupose of considering and fixing
a final budget and making appropriations to
each department or fund for the fiscal year
WATER REVENUE BOND & INTEREST FUND
SEWER REVENUE BOND & INTERESTFUND
Interested parties, may appear and submit oral
or -written comments, if arty they have, to the
co6ncil, or offer any objection why they should
not establish the above-mentioned budget.

terest and principal due on bonded debt and
sinking funds, for which appropriation is made,
that same be entered at length upon the min-
utes of the Council and published in two issues
at least seven days apart in the Idaho State
Journal. This hearing will also include the in
tended use of federal revenue sharing funds.
The following table sets forth the fund bal-
ances, estimated revenues and estimated ex-
penditures to be appropriated for the 1980 fiscal
year.
