NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on September 6,
1979, at the City Municipal Budd-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Land Use and Land
Development Commission of the
City of Chubbuck wilt conduct a
public hearing with regard to the
following items:
1. A proposal by Joseph R. & Jo
Ann Osier, 9551 Chadwick, Boise,
Idaho, for a conditional use per.
mit to develop a production
dwelling court on approximately
13,80 acres on the Southeast cor.
ner of Hawthorne and Chubbuck
Road. Property is presently locat-
ed in an Agricvltvral Transitional
(A -T) zone.
2. A proposal by Farrell & Shan
on Poo#e, 190 E. Griffith, owner:
and the City of Chubbuck, 5160
Yellowstone, leaseholder, for a
change of zoning to General
Commercial (C-2) and a condi.
tional use permit for a Public
Utility Yard on property located
at Lot 13, Highway Acres Subdi-
vision, 136 Hiway Ave. Property
is presently zoned General Resi-
dential (R-2).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated wiil be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of
or in opposition to each proposal.
