CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 28th day of August,
1979, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in
the City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, the City
Council of the City of Chubbuck
Will conduct a public hearing
upon the following zoning classifi-
cation request.
L Determination whether to ap-
prove a change in zoning classifi-
cation, as requested by Ashley
Craig & Assocfates, Inc. Of Salt
Lake City, Utah, of Lots No. 1
through No. 5, Block 1, of the
Leslie Home Subdivision located
at the Northwest corner of Chub -
buck Road and Yellowstone Ave-
nue. Ashley Craig & Associates,
Inc. requests that the zoning of
these lots be changed to General
Commercial {C-2). The Land Use
and Land Development Commis-
sion have recommended the Gen.
eral Commercial (C-2) zone.
Interested citizens may appear
With regard to the foregoing
item, and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to
be heard in support of or in op-
position to the proposal,

IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at

therein.
