ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
Sealed bids for miscellaneous bi-
tuminous surfacing on certain
city property will be received by
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho at
the office of the City Clerk, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho until 8:00 P.M., Tuesday,
August 14, 1979, at which time
the bids duly submitted will be
opened and read, A complete list
of areas to be surfaced and the
specifications for which the bids
are solicited is available at the
office of the City Engineer, 5160
Ye:towstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho. All bids must be presented
or otherwise delivered under
sealed cover, and must contain
one of the following forms of bid-
ders security €n the amount of
five per cent (5%) of the amount
bid; cash, cashiers check payable
to city, certified check payable to
city, or bidder's bond executed
by qualified surety company pay-
able to city. The city reserves
the right to reject any and all
bids, or to accept the lowest re-
sponsible bid, or any item of any
such bid, deemed most advanta-
geous to the city.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the fallowing dates,
