NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITYOFCHUB BUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 10th day Of July,
1979, at the hour of 8:00 p.m.,
the COubbuck City Council wilt
conduct a public hearing at the
Chubbuck City Offices, 5160 Yel-
lowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, on a
proposal by the city to vacate
the street, near Bistline Park,
known as South Buffalo Road, in
the City of Chubbuck. The street
runs through land owned by the
City and the street right.of-way
is more particularly described as
follows:
A strip of land 30 feet wide,
being 25 feet each side of the fol-
lowing described centerline In
NWIA Wf'4, Sec. 11, T65, R34E„
B.M., Bannock County, Idaho;
Beginning at a point on the north
side of said Sec. 11, which point
is 346.7 feet westerly from the
west one -sixteenth corner on the
north line of said Sec. 11, 175
feet; suhlect to the right of way
of Fort Hall Canal and subject,
also to right of way of Chubbuck
Road.
If the street i� vacated, all right,
title and interest to said lands
Will remain in the City, but the
public right-of-way will be term!
nated.
Persons interested in the forego-
ing petition are invited to attend
the hearing and express their
views.
