NOTICE OF PUBLICHEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at B:00 p.m. on August 2,
1979, at the City Hall {5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue}, the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the
City of Chubbuck will conduct a
public hearing with regard to the
following item;
1. Determination whether to rec.
ommend a change In zoning clas'
sification, as requested by Ashley
Craig & Associates, Inc., of Salt
Lake City, Utah, of Lots No. 1
through No. 5, Block 1, of the
Leslie Home Subdivislon located
at the Northwest corner of Chub -
buck Road and Yellowstone Ave.

zoning of these lots be changed
to General Commercial (C-3).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing
Item, and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to
