CITY OFCHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 16th day of July,
1979, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., in
the City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the City Council of the
City of Chubbuck will hold a pub-
lic hearing to act upon an appeal
from a ruling from the Pianning
and Zoning Commission of the
City of Chubbuck on the following
item:
1. A proposal by Don Neves, re
questing a variance from zoning,
to allow him to place a sign (ap-
prox(mately three feet by five
feet) for Don's Studio of Photog-
raphy, which is located at his
place of residence, 4815 Haw-
thorne Road. Property is located
in an area zoned Combined Resi-
dential (R-2).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing
item, and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to
be heard in support of or in op-
position to the;Ooposal.
