NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITYOF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICEIS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 P.
on July 5, 1979,
at the City Municipal Building,
5169 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Chubbuck
will conduct a public hearing
with regard to the following
item:
1, A proposal by John O. Cotant,
Jr., 420 West Chubbuck Road, re-
questing a variance to construct
an addition to his present facility
for continuance of existing busi-
ness known as Cotant Truck
Lines, Inc. Property is presently
located in a area Zoned Com-
bined Residential Livestock (R -
2L).
Interest citizens may appear with
regard to the foregoing item, and
at the time indicated will be giv-
en an opportunity to be heard in
Support of or in opposition to the
proposal.
