NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 121h day of June,
1979, at the hour of 8:00 P.M.,
the Chubbuck City Council will
conduct a public hearing at the
Chubbuck City Offices, 5160 Yel-
lowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, On a
request submitted by Charlie
Frasur that the city vacate the
street which enters the Circle -In
Trailer Park from the Yellow-
stone Highway in the City of
Chubbuck. The Street is more
particulary described asfollows:
A parcel of land in the Southeast
1/4 Southwest I/4 of Section 3,
Township 6 South, Range 34 E.,
B.M. Bannock County, Idaho, for
purpose of street being 25.0 feet
on each side of the following de-
scribed centerline:
Beginning at a point on the West
right-of-way line Yellowstone
Highway that is North 89 degrees
29' west 39.5 feel and North 0
degrees 36' west 677.55 feet from
the South quarter corner of Sec-
tion 3, Township 6 South Range
34 E.,B.M- thence North 89 de-
grees 21'20" west 320.0 feet, end
of thecenteNine...
if the street is vacated, all right,
title and interest to said lands
Will revert to the owner and the
public right -Of way will be termi.
nated.
Persons interested in the forego-
ing petition are invited to attend
the hearing and to express their
views.
