NOTICE OF PUBLICHEARING
Ci TY OF CHUB DUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Chubbuck Planning &
Zoning Commission will conduct
a public hearing at 6:00 P.M.,
Thursday, June 7, 1979, at the
Chubbuck City Offices, 5160 Yel-
lowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, to
consider a proposed Change to
the Comprehensive Plan of the
City of Chubbuck. A public hear-
ing on the Comprehensive Plan
was conducted by the Planning &
Zoning Commission on May 10,
7979. At that time, a proposal
was made to change the land use
pattern specified in said Compre-
hensive Plan to provide for mul-
tiple household dwellings east of
Hiline Road and south of Chub.
buck Road. This change would
allow the city of zone the area in
such a manner that multiple
household dwellings would be per
mitted without limitation upon
density, subject to lot size and
area requirements provided by
ordinance,
This proposal constitutes a
change in the comprehensive
Plan in that the plan presently
provides for limited residential
development (single-family dwell -
Ing and duplexes) in the area.
The area is currently zoned Agri-
cultural Transitional.
All persons interested in this pro-
posed change to the Comprehen-
sive Plan are invited to attend
the hearing of the Planning fs
Zoning Commission, and to ex.
press their views.
