Clerk, 5160 Yelfowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, until 5:00 p,m.,
Tuesday, May, 29, 1979, at which
time the bids must be presented
or otherwise delivered unddr
sealed cover marked "Railroad
Crossing Street Paving Bid", and
must contain one of the following
forms of bidder's security in the
amount of five per cent (5%) of
the highest amount bid; cash,
cashier's check payable to city,
or bidder's bond executed by
qualified surety company payable
to city. The city reserves the
right to reject any and all bids,
or to accept the lowest responsi
ble bid, or any item of any such
bid, deemed most advantageous
to the City,

be obtained at the City E.ngi.
