NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 P.M. on June 7, 1979,
at the City Municipal Building,
5150 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Chubbuck
will conduct a public hearing
With regard to the following
times:
1. A proposal by Don Neves, re-
questing a variance from zoning,
to allow him to place a sign ap-
proximately three feet by five
feet, from Don's Studio of Pho-
tography, located it 4815 Haw-
thorne Road. Property is located
in an area zoned Combined Resi-
dential; R-2).
2. A proposal by Jon D. Cegiel-
nik, 4904 Redfish, requesting a
variance to allow him to build a
sixteen foot by twenty two foot
garage, with a rear yard and
side yard setback of less footage
than required in zoning regula-
tions. Property is located in a
combined Residential (R-2) zone.
3. A proposal by John Ellesson,
requesting a variance of the area
requirements in the zoning ordi-
nance to allow him to construct
a duplex on Lot 3, Block 1, Chat-
terton Subdivision. The lot area
required is 8500 square feet, Lot
3, Block 1, Chatterton subdivision
has 7,538 square feet and is to
cated in a Combined Residential
(R-2) zone.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of
or in opposition to each proposal.
