NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:40 p.m. on April 5,
1979, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5164 yellOwstGne, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Chub -
buck will conduct a public hear-
ing with regard to the following
item:
1. Determination whether to
grant a variance as requested by
Mrs. Jesse Gilmore, 4760 Whitak-
er Road, to install a four (4) foot
chain link fence around her prop-
erty. Property is presently zoned
Mobile home Residential (R -2T).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing
item, and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to
be heard in support of or in op-
position to the proposal.
