ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
Sealed bids for a Garbage Pack-
er on a Truck Chassis will be re-
ceived by the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, at the office of the City
Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, until 8:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, March 27, 1979 at which
time the bids must be presented
or otherwise delivered under
sealed cover marked "Garbage
Truck Bid", and must contain
one of the following forms of bid-
der's security in the amount of
five percent (590) of the amount
bid; cash, cashier's check paya
ble to city, or bidder's bond exe
cutedby qualified surety compa-
ny payable to city. The city re-
serves the right to reject any
and all bids, or to accept the
lowest responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the city.
Specifications for the Chassis and
Packer may be obtained at the
City Engineer Office, 5160 Yellow
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.
