ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
Sealed bids for a wheeled back-
hoe loader will be received by
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho at
the office of the City Clerk, 5180
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, until 6:00 p.m., Tuesday,
March 20, 1979, at which time
the bids must be presented or
otherwise delivered under sealed
cover marked "backhoe bid",
and must contain one of the fol-
lowing forms of bidder's security
in the amount of five per cent
(5%) of the highest amount bid;
cash, cashier's check payable to
city, or bidder's bond executed
by qualified surety company pay,
able to city. The city reserves
the right to reject any and all
bids, or to accept the lowest re-
sponsible bid, or any item of any
such bid, deemed most advanta-
geous to the city.
Specifications for the backhoe
may be obtained at the City En-
gineer's
mgineer's office, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL., a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
