NOTICE Is HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 27th day of March,
1979, at the hour of 9:00 p.m., in
the City Municipal Buiiding, 5160
Yeifowsfone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the City Council of the
City of Chubbuck will hold a pub-
lic hearing to act upon an appeal
from a ruling of the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the
Cfty of Chubbuck on the following
item:
1. Carol Burge, 1730 W. Quinn
Road, #410, has requested a vari-
ance from zoning regulations to
allow the pfacemeni of a double
wide mobile home on her proper-
ty on 202 Briscoe Road. Property
is zoned Multiple family Residrn
tial -Livestock (9R.3L).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing
item, and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to
be heard in support of or in op-
posiVon to the proposal.
