the office of the City Clerk, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue CTuesday,
Idaho, until 8:00 p•
February 13, 1979 at which time
the bids must be presented or
otherwise delivered under sealed
cover marked "backhoe bid",
and must contain one of the fol-
lowing forms of bidder's security
in the amount of five per cent
(5%) of the highest amount bid
In Schedules I, 11 or III; cash,
cashier's check payable to city,
or bidder's bond executed by
qualified surety company payable
to city. The city reserves the
right to reject any and all bids,
or to accept the lowest responsi-
ble bid, or any item of any such
bid, deemed most advantageous
to the city.
Specifications for the backhoe
may be obtained at the City En-
gineers office, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
