Sealed bids for a Self Propelled
Rotary Power Mower will be re-
ceived by the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, at the office of the City
Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, until 8:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, February 13, 1979 at
which time the bids must be
presented or otherwise delivered
under sealed cover marked "Ro-
tary Mower Bid", and must con-
tain one of the following forms of
bidder's security in the amount
of five percent (586) of the
amount bid; cash, cashier's
check payable to city, or bidder's
bond executed by qualified surety
company payable to city. The
city reserves the right to reject
any and all bids, or to accept
the lowest responsible bfd, or any
item or any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the city.
Specifications for the Rotary
Mower may be obtained at the
City engineers Office, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho.
