Sealed bids for a Garbage Pack-
er on a Truck Chassis will be re
ceived by the City o1 Chubbuck,
Idaho, at the office of the City
Clerk, 51613 Yellowstone Avenve,
Chubbuck, Idaho, unlit 8:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, February 13, 1979 at
which time the bids must be
presented or otherwise delivered
under sealed cover marked "Gar
bage Truck Bid", and must con-
tain one of the following forms of
bidder's security in the amount
of five percent (5%) of the
amount bid; cash, cashier's
check payable to city, or bidder's
bond executed by qualified surety
company payable to city. The
city reserves the right to reject
an and all bids, or to accept the
lowest responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the city.
Specifications for the Chassis and
Packer may be obtained at the
City Engineers Office, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That ------
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
